I tried playing tokobot via devhook 0.46 but it always say error 08xxxx..failed to play or something like that.

Make sure all settings are correct, no files are missing from dh and ur ISO is fresh...

I got it to work using UMD Emulator v8.0 through copy load, it didn't work with DevHook .44 (haven't tried DH.45 or .46).
