nothing illegal there...that rom is only the software needed for the calculator to properly interface with the pc.

the file supastar graciously provided is not the calculator. no one here is going to send you the actual calculator program...that's not only against AD's rules but illegal, as well.

well, when i bought it, my TI-83 Plus Silver Edition was $120 and it has been worth absolutely every penny throughout all my classes from basic honors geometry (freshman year in high school) to Calc II (first semester in college right now). even though the TI-92 isn't allowed on to be used on ACT testing or some other stuff (it does too much, to be honest), i imagine it's worth every bit of that money.

putting programs on your calculator is perfectly legal....if you're referring to putting the calculator program on the psp, we've already covered that.
