Because I have this psp backup and this is the folder;

|-Copy to memory card
-PSP
-Game
|-%__SCE__HOOKBOOT |- __SCE__HOOKBOOT
-Eboot.PBP -UMD0 -eboot.pbp -hookboot
-psp game

|-Save Game

The important files are the psp folder..but if I wanna backup..I backup everything.

PSP backups are generally in iso format but sometimes you will see cso format but thats just a compressed version of the iso. is that what you were asking? I also suggest switching from hook boot to devhook. you can load way more games with it and you get to emulate firmware 2.71. you can find it psp-hacks.com.

I read somewhere that this game(DjmAX portable) is only payable by hook boot.But know the only thing that I have to do is copy all to the memory card? Thanks!! in advance.Sorry for my bad english

I think you should clearly know about the two formats of psp backups. These are generally iso and cso. Create new folder with an easy name.
