i need help ripping the SILENT HILL movie

ok...heres the deal, i have DVD Shrink , and dvd decryptor, and DVD43 . im familiar with shrinking and decrypting movies....well i rented the silent hill movie, and i wanna rip it in a .vob, .ifo VIDEO_TS format but i dunno how to do that...i dunno what to look for when it comes to the cells...if anybody can please help, maybe guide me on what to do, i would greatly apreciate it...thanks
