I've tried burning Madden 07 and both times it doesn't work, just a blank screen, nothing ever shows up. Using Ritek G04 or something like that i think. Media should be okay. The game boots fine if i run it off my hard drive. Any other ideas?

Why is the answer always "try different media" no matter what media i have? :p

Actually, nothing i've burned in recent months has held up too well, so it probably IS my media, or my burner.

RITEK G04 stopped working on my PS2, used to work like a charm, but even old previously working burns either dont work any more, or take an age to load. But the G05 works fine. They dont produce G04 discs anymore anyway, so your supplier must have some pretty old stock.

Dang, got another coaster here. That's 3 now. First two with Nero at 2.4x speed, the latest one with Alcohol 120 at 4x speed. Gotta be the Media or the burner i guess. I hate it when this crap happens, i've had no backups work for a long time. I don't know what it is. I guess i'll try new media, anything but Ritek probably ( i don't know if it's their fault, but i don't wanna take any chances).

I'm going to buy new media to try and see if it can work. Been playing my original copy and haven't had any problems with the game at all, so i don't know why it won't burn. What media should i try and burn it on? I'll probably only by 1-5 DVD-Rs if possible. I'm pretty sure my current media (ritek g04s) is the problem though.
