UMD quality videos on psp?

im under the undersating that the quality on umd films is locked so we cant convert films into the exact high resolution quality,
so heres my q: what program has the highest quality settings

theres an app called pmp(playstation media player ) and you can just put any format on your ms and itll play it

Sony has placed restrictions on the res of converted movies, currently if you own a 1.50 you can run 480x272 res movies, via Jonnys PMPMOD AVC app http://jonny.leffe.dnsalias.com/pmp_mod_avc/index.htm and to convert movies for this app you can use this http://pspupdates.qj.net/Get-Ready-for-X...pg/49/aid/63875 i use PMPMOD AVC myself and i highly recommened it. ;)

Dont get me wrong PSPvideo9 is agreat app the second best there is, MeGUI being the first.
But with a 1.50 your not restricted in terms of res, so my advice Hodgie is to ditch PSPvideo9 and use Xvid4PSP and Jonnys PMPMOD AVC and convert at 480x272. ;)
