is xflash really dangerous and will it brake my psp. Please i need to know

Nope..it's completely safe..unless you load the wrong files..which the newer xflash will detect and prevent the file from loading...generally it's safe to use.

x-flash comes with a tutorial explaining what it does and the menu it displays on ur psp is self explanatory.
