I have got a v2.0 PSP and have had it working on th internet with a wireless router since I bought it, but recently i have noticed that if I go to google images and do a seach no pictures come up which I know it did when I first got it.
Is it worth upgrading to the latest firmware or keeping it at V2.0 as I also own a jap V1.5.

Why not you downgrade it 1o 1.5 and emulate 2.71 through devhook..from there you get the latest browser.

I`ve already tried that and done a reset and made a new conection. The wireless router is also running a laptop which displays images no problem, the PSP used to display all images but for some strange reason have stopped.
Anyone else got a V2.0 and can get images with Google

Its ok now I`ve found out what was wrong

Here is the step-by-step troubleshooting for PSP firmware 2.80 not displaying Google images on its Internet browser. Some people have noticed that Google Images were broken ever since they upgraded. Well the easy fix is to disable Javascript and here's how you do it:

1. Go to your PSP Internet Browser
2. Press the triangle button
3. Go to "Tools"
4. Select "Settings" then "View Settings"
5. Finally, disable Javascript by selecting Javascript "Off"

And there you have it! You will now be able to view Google Images properly.
