I have both installed I have even uninstalled both and then reinstalled Nero first then DVD Shrink. Still I have to compress with DVD Shrink and then switch over to Nero can someone help.

When you click 'back up' is your burner picked or listed under 'select back up target'?

Also in Shrink check edit>preferences>file i/o tab. The 'enable burning w/ Nero' should be checked.
