hey everybody... sorry about asking so many questions in such a short time. but i figured that while this place is such a helpful community i can get the assistance ive been looking for for so long... :)
anyway, i was wondering if all PSP ISOs MUST have the UMD_data.bin file at the same level of the psp_game folder? i am concerned because my GTA LCS ISO doesnt have the file and i am wondering if this is the reason i cant get it to work. (i am unsure of this , however, as my Coded Arms ISO didnt have the UMD_data.bin file included in the ISO and it ran perfectly). if by any chance the GTA ISO requires this file to run properly, would anyone mind supplying this one single file to me? if so, please PM me.
once again, thanks in advance

I think you need that file.
I can't upload sorry, but if nobody does use UMD_DATA.BIN from another game, but open in a hex editor and replace that games ID with your game ID.
If you open the games PARAM.SFO file in a hex editor you will see the correct game ID for your game.

yeah actually they should. Your extracted iso should look like :
PSP_GAME
^^^^
^^^^
USDIR
SYSDIR
PARAM.SFO
ICON AND PIC FILES
UMD_DATA.BIN

Hey, sorry to bump into your conversation, but I recently downgraded my PSP to 1.50, and have been looking all around for ISOs. Where do you guys find yours? Thanks for your time...
