Hi People,

Im a noob with Devhook.

Specs :
1.50FW
1GB MS,

I used to play Tekken DR ISO on devhook 0.42 and got it working perfectly. I went and traded all my games and decided to get myself original copy of Tekken DR coz im a big fan of Tekken. I have tried and tried to load original tekken DR without flashing it to 2.71 coz it took me ages to find someone with GTA UMD. Can someone please provide help to load Tekken Original UMD with devhook?, or would i need another program to load it?.

Please provide the following if applicable; Devhook 0.46

UMD Select:
Firmware:
CPU Clock:
Boot Select:
FlashRom:????
Other Menu:

Looking forward to a professional reply. Thank you in advance.

kind regards,
Alan

Hey Lads!!

i maybe the 1st girl on here who is a PSP FREAK!! :o)

I need help with Tekken! i have read this thread 3-4 times, and like stated, followed instructions carefully to get TEKKEN running, but unfortunately im not having any luck! :o(
This is what i'm setting DEV-HOOK 0.46 to --

CPU CLOCK -- 222MHZ
FIRMWARE: 2.71
boot select: REBOOT XMB
UMD SELECT: game iso
ISO MOUNT: any umd

When I click start it runs the 2.71 FW fine.. problems i have is there after..i've downloaded USA version of TEKKEN, umd shows the TEKKEN imagew mounted fine, when i launch the game, PSP logo appears, then it's just a blank screen with memory stick flashing... I have left it 30 mins like this assuming it is running from memory stick still, but screen just stayed blank!!! Am i doing something wrong?
The UMD disk i use is Need for Speed underground... would that make a difference? PLEAASE HELP ME GUYS...

Here's a link to a Tekken that works, well it works perfect for me anyway. This comes in .rar and when you extract it, it leaves a cso at 800mb and works perfect and also included in the download is the latest devhook installer if I remember correctly.

Anyway here's the link

NOW GONE :-)

I'm a nOOb at giving out links so I hope this is right.

Only torrent sites eh?, but no direct link!!

Well direct link removed, but demonoid is the place to go and tekken advertised at 800mb is the one to be on :-) :-0)

Just a quick thought, I've been a member of this site now for about a year and three months and I've seen this bulls*it law come inforce that no so called "pirate material" allowed on AfterDawn which I accept because it's part of the Finland(Finnish) law.

But yeah ok, I removed a direct link to a certain torrent site.

Just because I post a direct link to anything, doesen't mean you have to read/download the file.

I think I should be allowed guide people to THEIR own views and if they want to download, then thats up to them.

This is probably not the right place for this post but it hurts and piss*s me off that decent people can't learn how to back up their own dvd's and share files.

It's the law on here, I don't like it, but I respect it!

Ah, I'm just puttin my opinion across.

And why shouldn't I tell "us"?

This is a discussion site isn't it?

As I said, my opinion probably should be in the general discussion forum but seen as it's directed at a previous post of mine in this thread, I thought it sufficient to post it here.

No point in talkin to mods buddy, law is the law and it aint gonna be changed.

All in all, it's just my opinion on a shit*y law.
