is there a way to downgrade a psp v2.5 to v1.5 without using a using a umd of gta?

yeah u can use the new downgrader that surfaced but you would have to upgrade to 2.71. this link has all the files included for the downgrade to work properly.

download the 2.71 eboot at psp-hacks.com create a folder inside of GAME called UPDATE. stick the 2.71 eboot there. you will see it in the game menu. your psp also cant be a ta-082 otherwise it will brick during the downgrade. check this link to see if its compatible.
