I have heard that you can translate a ps2 game.
but how can I translate a ps2 game.

Learn the language its in?

The only game that has ever had any form of translation is the Winning Eleven series.

It would take too long to translate any other type of game & by the time it'd been translated anyway, the English language version would most likely be out. Its not worth the time or effort.

BTW: This is the 3rd or 4th time Ive seen this being asked in the last week or so.
