Can gba emulators run gbc/gb games?

I was wondering if there was any Gameboy Advance emulator that can run also gameboy color and gameboy games? Also where do people find roms for GBA games?

Shouldnt gpsp be able to play both gba and gbc cuz it uses the bios of gba?
