Hey there, i've been having a problem with my LimeWire Pro lately. When I open it it connects to the internet and says it has a Turbocharged Connection, but when I want to download a file, it won't connect to and sources, and won't download. Any help?

Dump limewire and move on to frostwire, or learn how to use either Torrents or Newsgroups.
Using limewire these days is a real bad idea, considering the company is being sued for god knows how much money, not to mention the RIAA and MPAA are monitoring Limewire users constantly.

Limewire has got to be the worst place to get anything from.
1. Get a free program called utorrnet 1.6. Here's a good thread on how to set it up, afterdawn style!!!!
2. Go to (bitsoup.org) as quick as you can because they are getting close to not allowing any more signups. There are many torrent sights but bitsoup rox!!!

Limewire is slow simple as that.
@JOHNSTARR is bitsoup a private tracker? I always thought they didn't host the files which is what there site says.

Question fiend. When you say limewire is being monitored. Exactly, what are the risks of using it? I recently started using it as frostwire would not work for me. What kind of activitys are gonna get me looked at? Uploading ,downloading? The music I download is nontypical, I haven't had any uploads yet. I wonder if they would trace new music (popular) first. What are your thoughts on this?

Private trackers are where you want to be on.
99.9% of the time you get what you are looking for on most private trackers. There's alot to lose for the Uploader if the file is bogus like banning from site.
