sup everyone.
ok. I downgraded my firmware from a 2.5 to a 1.5 o.k cool. So now i put devhook 0.46 and its works fine until i start play with the settings. Now here's my problem, when i try to use devhook to upgrade 1.5 to 2.71 it starts my umd or the iso. thats cool cause i can just press home to go back to psp menu right? Wrong! cause when i try to a blue screen show up with white writting saying, that the settings infromation is corrupted and to press O and it will restore the default setting. O.k. I press O and the psp reboots its self like its restoring the default settings but when its done the blue screen shows back up with the same message.
Is there anything i can do to fix it?

Here's my question...
What is the purpose of the new motherboard TA-082? Is it better performance? Or cheaper manufactoring cost? Or to stop the hackers / downgraders?
Ta!

To kix, Yes, To stop hackers from downgrading to Firmware 1.5. Ill tell you why, because when people get 1.5 they tend to not buy games and instead use PSP ISOs for free which is illegal. And to hodgins, yes you can downgrade a non TA -082. All you need is the correct " japanese " 1.5 firmware. ( or any i think ).
Both of you, ATTENTION ! To your rooms. And you know what ? DOWNGRADE ! hahahahahahahahahaha! ( lol )

I got a PSP v2.8, I just heard about something called "Fastloading" can someone explain what this is. Hopefully there is a thread, all I found were threads for people who already know what a "fastloader" is.

fastloader is something that is used to dump UMD's and run older iso's. unfortunately since u have a 2.8 you cant use this or downgrade to be able to use this.
