I Tried 2 Install And It WOnt Let Me Click On Any Buttons To Install It, So Then I Tried Installing JAVA On Its Own...It Installed But When I Go Into The Java Console It Wouldnt Let Me Click On ANy Buttons, They Would Highlight but I Couldnt click on them...This Is A Brand New System, So Does Anyone HAve Any Idea Whats Going On???

On the site or have you downloaded it?
May be because they got sued and are being watched. Look into FrostWire instead.

Yeah I Tried FrostWire Samething, But Then Its Not the Sofware Issue its Got SOmething 2 Do With The Java...

What version do you have?
Here's the link to the latest version, 5.0 Update 8 incase you need it.
Also when you install newer verions of Java you need to uninstall the latter versions before the installation.

Thanks I Downloaded & Installed, Then Tryed Installing Frostwire And Limewire Same Problem, Will Only HIghlight the Buttons But Cant Click On Them..

I really don't understand what buttons you are talking about. When you open the .exe to install either LimeWire or FrostWire you get a screen asking you to select you language. Can you click OK? Or are you talking about a different button?

No Thats What Im Talking About I Cant Click On ANY buttons, Not The Select Language Or Next Button, Same Thing In the Java Console, Cant Click On ANY Buttons, Settings Etc...

Like you said it sounds like a Java problem.
Did you do a complete uninstall of Java before installing update 8?
Other than that, I don't know, sorry I couldn't help.
