Is it possible to play ISOs on New PSPs aka T082

I have been checking out psp forums from last month or so. Everytime here and there i have read about v2.6 downloader , v 2.71 dowgrader realeased Quote:

So guys who are much into psp homebrew scene since longtime can you please tell me and i am sure thousands of psp owners who bought the new psp which as it turns out to be are majority based on T082 motherboard .newbies newer than me search this forum for how to know your psp is T082
So dudes i am clueless . Can anybody put in detail and simple that first of all IS THERE any solution to the new T082 PSPs with version 2.5 preinstalled. And if there is than what options we have . If eloader and GTA is needed than what is devhook or daxiso loader used for . I mean simply i want to play iso games from my memmory stick :(
any suggestions?

sorry dude there is no suggestions yet to play ISO games on a PSP 2.60 TA-082 coz u need a downgrade.and that downgrade is still in progress.so u will need to wait for the results.go to 0okm website to see why and how?
I too have a TA-082 psp 2.6.and to tell u can only run a minimum of homebrews,try the new eloader !!eloader"porter"v0.9.8!! if ur interested.
you can play gamegear,snes games and some psp tools too

well are you sure . Actually i am confused because even before knowing what my new psp was t082 i had instaled dax iso loader and devhook i could see them in menu but nothin else.
Also as you mentioned eloader have you tried that on new t082 and do i need A GTA UMD for it to work ?

yeah u will see them in the menu but they wont load. with this u wont need GTA to load the eloader. but it only works on firmwares 2.0 thru 2.6. And the eloader has a limited list of what it can load. it cant load all homebrew like a 1.5 psp.

SO DO you mean that T082 with v 2.5 factory loaded and upgraded to 2.60 from metalgear acid umd that i had i can still use eloader ported ? If it dosent play isos its ok but will it work for SOME homebrews if not psp games and i repeat i have a T082 and is there any risk to BRICK IT. I want to be sure i dont get mine and my psps ass screwed just for sake of having atleast something new on my psp,

TA-082.
u can use that e-loader since you'll be between the required 2.0-2.6 just don't go above 2.6 to 2.7 2.71 or 2.8 and you can use it, using the loader there is no risk of bricking just don't try to downgrade until a confirmed TA-082 downgrader is released.

mandeep22,i've tried the eloader"porter"v0.9.8 on my TA-082 2.6 and it went on very nice with a champaign bottle ahhhhh.anyway try it,there will be a downgrader soon and help donate some money 0okm to support him,in helping us making the downgrade.
anyway i've tried a few homebrews:Bookr v0.7 worked slended,now i can read my 3ds max 7 bible.pdf on my psp nice
if you want to play gamegear game then PSPmaster is good works pretty damn good but i think the games aren't much as good as the emulator
GBA emulator couldn't work for me ive tried gpsp 0.6,i've add the gba.bios.bin and add a folfer with an eboot but couldn't work.also tried vbapsp v1.2.4 as well but also couldn't work.well have to find some more.later

Hello Kealvalro , yes i do support the work done by ookm and soon i am sending some moeny for the cause. If a iso loader is also developed it would be awesome and i think anyone who has a TA082 would be much more than happy to pay some donation of say 30$ rather i think they should do already to let ookm accelrate the progress and brick as many psps he needs to. :) anyhow TA082 has one solution ookms v0.9.8 eloader porter version (well not for kealvlaro but other newbies like me).
I have only one playble nintendo 64 rom working and that too dosent have sound. So any one knows whats going on please tell. well GBA emulator is also not working ihave tried few of them

A question to senior members of the forum is ant psp umd emulator working on the eloader porter version. And why do we need to DOWNGRADE to v 1.5 what is the reason for that i mean wy homebrew cant run on v2.0
