Hey, i'm swapping out for fifa street 2 using armax/cogswap and i'm having an issue with the game freezing on the loading screen. It's the loading screen after you've selected teams, location, etc. If anyones experienced this and solved the issue let me know.

Did you patch it? If not you might have to do that, don't know what patch extactly but use the search engine for this forum you'll find it. Also remember to use good media, taiyo yuden, verbatim or sony I my personal favorite.

yeah i patched it, and i'm using maxell DVD+R which seem to have worked on all my other burns. I tried an unpatched one and it wouldn't even load so i know this one has been patched. thanx though

If you're swapping to boot, it does need Gnie's FIFA Street 2 Swap Magic patch applied. Is this the patch you used? Or did you just patch it from PAL2NTSC or vice-versa?

Oh, and Maxell DVD+R arent the best media. Use a good brand DVD-R

yeah i used the gnie patch. maybe i'll try a different type of media at some point. thanx for the help

Alright guys... your help has been good so far.
I tried burning it to some ty discs... and i am still getting the freezing @ the loading screen after you select teams and stadiums (showing players signature moves)

So frustrating to have used 3 dvd's up and still have the same issue! Hopefully someone has experience this and has a fix

Use better media. Works fine on RITEK G05 8x DVD-R burnt at 4x

i used taiyo yuden 8x media media code tyg02... i used ritekG05 8x and it did the exact same thing... (freezing)

FINALLY SUCCESS!! lol

Well i took all the info everyone contributed and finally got it to work... 4 dvd's later!! Regardless... thanx for all the help everyone

successful result
fifa street NTSC version
gnie patch v1.1
burnt on ridata ritek g05 8x dvd
burnt using dvd decryptor @ 4x
