i use it on my psp to play a boy and his blob i turn the psp off and when i wanna play a boy and his blob again i go on the nesterj and select it but it wont slect whrm i press circle

i have deleted nesterj and the game off my psp and downloaded the nesterj and the game again and and it works but when i turn the psp off and put it back on to play the game it happens again

what do i do to fix this?
