Sorry For Another thread but i need some sraight up answers if anyone could be kind enough to help

so here's the deal i have a psp with firmware 2.5 i do not own a cop of GTA:LCS (although if it is absolutely neccasairy i may purchase it) i would much prefer another way round it though

upgrade to 2.71 and use the easy downgrader from http://www.psp-hacks.com/category/10 you can get the upgrade there to

lol ok first get the eboot file for the 2.71 firmware from here
http://www.psp-hacks.com/category/10 then place the eboot file in a folder called UPDATE then place this folder in the games folder in your memory stick then go into the games meun and select memory stick you will c the update in there start the update make sure you have your psp pluged in to the a/c

After you have ugraded download the easy 2.71 downgrader from here http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/755 and turn on your speekers and run the program come back when ya done that :)

you can use the 2.71 update for the american psp. when 2.0 first came out with the web browser I used the japanese update and it worked just fine. still in american.

well im gessin you meen you have now got 1.50 :D now you wana go download dev hook and some emulators and hombrew your lill hart out lol

i have installed devhook etc i still have firmware 1.5 now how do i played downloaded games and emulators if anyone can give me an in depth guide that would be cool

ok if you want to play emulaters you will have to put them in the games folder on your memory stick and download some roms and just go to memory stick and select the emulator you want to play make sure the emulators you get are for 1.50 not 1.00 or anything else cause they wont work.

if you want to play isos you will have to put them in the iso folder on your memory stick if you dont have a iso folder in the root of your memory stick make one ISO put your games in there now go start devhook and select umd select choose one of the isos that you have put in the folder go back and select start like i said there is heeps of this stuff on here in DEPTH just use the search bar up the top its YOUR FRIEND and will help you lol :) hope it helps bro
