I am not asking for an invite, as I know that this is frowned upon at AfterDawn. I am just curious as to when Demonoid opens registration. From the people that I have seen register, it seems that they open registration very early in the morning (ie 3am). Also, is there any other site similar to Demonoid that has open registration or more frequent openings? Thanks in advance for any help.

bitsoup.org is frequently open.
There was a tool taht would sit in your taskbar and tell you when any of like 50 sites had openings, but I don't think it's supported anymore.
Your best bet is to check back daily until you get in.

Hey Tom do you know what the name of that tool was? Was it a Firefox extension?

You can use the Firefox Check4Change or ReloadEvery estension on a site-by-site basis to do this. I used Check4Change to get a registration for dimeadozen, but never got demonoid to open up registration. edited by ddp :)

OK, I see...I guess the rules are pretty strict here. Sorry, but I don't know how to edit posts.

eww downloading moobies is bad, mmmkay?
Besides, I've only got one site I ever pull down video from, although I think it's dying. I always, and I mean ALWAYS cap my dl speed at filelist.

Why does that tracker checker program need framework 2.0? I'm pretty clueless what framework is or is used for.
