ever since i got this mobo 975x platinum it recognizes my ram as if it were 667mhz i tried fixing it to 533 on the bios but still no luck whenever i get in the bios it says that the ram voltage is 1.95 i have it overclocked to 702 mhz so is the voltage ok or high its runin stable i just wanna know

Some memory is rated to run at different voltage levels.
You haven't listed what memory you have.
Standard DDR2 is going to run at 1.8V upwards.
Some is rated to run at 2.2-2.3V if overclocking.
Chances are that 1.95 is spot on for the system if you are overclocking it by the amount you are.
If you are concerned you can drop the voltage and see if it remians stable, use the usual tools to test.

i think i broke some record or something cause my ram is runin at 712mhz its a 533mhz stock ram so i think thats a huge overclock the ram doesnt even have a heatsink or heatspreader or whatever its called

ok no more raising volts for my ram ive heard it shortens its life so here is my last oc (i think) http://img132.imageshack.us/my.php?image=untitledxm2.jpg 742mhz 1gb in dual channel (had to remove the samsung 512 since it wont even run stable at 667!)
anyways i didnt break any record 4 now but seriously thats one hell of an overclock im doing

Still a pretty good result for the memory, looks like you bagged a bargain.
I'm going to be cranking up my DDR800 soon.
I have already had it to 960, same batch has been shown to run at 1150, and is expected to top 1200, so I'll post how I get on over the next few days.

Normally it is a given that stressing any component by overclocking, then over volting and thus over heating will reduce the life span.
The memory I have is rated by Geil at 1.9 - 2.3 volts and still remains in warranty so there's plenty of scope to overclock it without too mucn of a panic.
Adding heat spreaders would be worth the investment if your set doesn't already have them, and making sure that air flow around the case/memory is good (Anything to keep the heat down)

Have you also tried to slacken the timings to get even more out of it.
If you take them to 5-5-5-15 you'll probably get the freq even higher.
If I'm testing how far the ram will go, I use memtest86.
Then you can see not only how fast it will work without other issues effecting the results, but you also confirm that it is working correctly without any errors.
In Windows I always check with super-pi up to 32m and then prime95, this way you see that it runs correctly.
I personally always disregarded any of my previous scores that didn't pass all stability tests.
Others seem to be happy to list settings for the following.
System POST
Boot into WINDOWS
Pass all tests.
