Help with NASCAR on my 1.5 PSP

I'm sure the answer to this is somewhere in these forums, but I just can't find it. Any help would be appreciated greatly.

I have a 1.5 psp, and I want to play NASCAR, which is a 2.71 game. I am playing an original game and not a ROM or anything.

Is there a way to do this without upgrading the firmware? I've tried devhook, but I can't figure out all the changes I need to make, or think I need to make once I put all the stuff on my memory card.

Again, any help you could give me would be awesome. I've really tried to figure this out on my own but I'm just striking out all over the place. Thanks.

download the .46 ultimate installer it comes pre-set with the right settings all u have to do is choose the ISO or UMD Disc if you're playing it from UMD.
