recently ive noticed that when i put a dvd in my pc it starts playing fine, until i skip to a different place on the dvd, the picture just freezes from where it was originally playing. im taking screenshots so i need to skip to good parts to make screenshots. it seems that if i want a screenshot from 10 minutes into the dvd i need to leave it playing for 10 minutes.

i also tried ripping it onto my computer, and still the same problems occuring. ive tried bsplayer (for the screenshots) windows media player and both cant seem to skip to different parts.

this is happening with all my dvd's, even the ones that worked before. do i need a codec or something??
