What media are you using?
Quote: File 'Drivers\CDRALW2K.SYS': Ver=8.0.0.212 , size=2560 bytes, created 5/19/2006 4:16:24 PM
You seem to have Roxio software installed. Most agree it needs to be removed. I have it installed with no problem.
I would slow the burn down to half the rated speed of the media. Did you just switch to a different media? How many coasters did this one make. Can you burn a different movie? Get yourself some Taiyo Yudens, Verbatims,or made in Japan Sony and Maxells.

Hi.
Also edit out your Nero program serial number beginning 1C.... Click the paper/pencil icon in the upper right of your post to enter edit mode.
In addition to Garmoon's suggestions:
Quote: Physical memory : 509MB (522224kB)
Free physical memory: 58MB (59428kB)
Memory in use : 88 %
You dont have much memory to spare. Shutdown any user programs not necessary for burning.
I didn't see the media code for your media noted by Nero which usually is a sign that your media is not recognized by your burner. Garmoon listed the good quality media in the post above.
There's a newer firmware avialable for your burner here:
http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=1978
I'm thinking your problem is likely a media problem given the error message generated. Updating the burner firmware will help as well as slowing down the burn speed. Using good quality media is always a plus.
I'm not a big fan of the Nero version you're using either. My recommended versions are 6.6.0.18 and 7.0.8.2. If you change versions in the futyre, be sure to write down your Nero serial number and run the appropriate Nero Clean Tool before installing a different version.
http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Clean_Tools.html
Links to other versions:
7.0.8.2: http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?845
6.6.0.18:
Package 1: http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Ner....0.18_no_yt.exe
Package 2: http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/NVE-3.1.0.21_no_yt.exe
I wouldn't switch versions unless the other changes noted above fail to produce results.
You could also generate an ISO image file or folder of VOB files with whatever authoring software you are using and burn with ImgBurn.
