I got a link from another thread detailing the config. for using multiple drives- I followed the following:
1. openned in Nero burning rom [CD]
2. went to audio-CD
3. then to burn tab
4. clicked multiple recorders

NOW WHAT?

Please keep in mind I do not use Nero very much, and know nothing about it- please send detailed instructions, as I am a newbee in this area for sure! thanks

Hi herrick
So far so good - now click 'new' to add the files you want to burn.
Once your click burn you'll get a pop up. Shift key and pick the burners you want to burn to than okay.
You should be all set.

Here's a link for a pic of the multiple recorders:

If you only have 2 drives to burn to you'll need to save to your hard drive 1st. If you have 3 drives - 1 to at least read and 2 to burn then you won't need to put to your hard drive 1st.

If you do the 3 drive bit I'd turn the 'on the fly' option off. Save it at least temporarily to the hard drive - time wise maybe a few mins longer - not much.

Check it out and let us know how it goes!
