I can't get the big fish to eat the little fish after I've melted the ice cube. What do I do?

I've clocked Daxter. It's easy. You need to start to hover while the big fish is facing the little fish. It will eat the fish and not you!

This is dumb but i can not even make fire come out of the Flamethower. I did it I couple of times but there is a part where I just cant get enough green thingies to burn one of the spider webs.

Any other ways to make fire come out?

If there is a lantern around sprya the green spray into the lantern and it will become fire :)
