cant get it to work, i am using PSPersonalize_v1a but still has not changed my psp 1.5 background

Why don't you give X-Flash a try. You put you background in the Modified folder, start up X-flash and select it to flash. It also tells you the resolution of it and if it is a high resolution. Its great! here the link if you are thinking about it

Also, if you don't have the right type of pic, it would let you load X-Flash until it is the right type of pic (BMP) It is very safe and it checks the pic multiple time before flash. It works great.
