i am using devhook but i want to play games that use 2.8/2.81 fw is there anyway to emulate 2.8/2.81 so i dont have to update

I don't know which ones exactly, but I found out by reading the forums. (Just like everyone else who knows the answer to this question.)
Actually, the only way I could think of being able to do that now is swapping PRX files. (Just like in teh old days...) But that wouldn't matter, b/c there aren't any games currently out w/ a 2.80/2.81 upgrade yet, a/f/a I know. It's so funny. IDK why everyone is so fascinated with emulating the latest firmwares if we don't even need them yet. I still use DevHook v0.44. Haven't upgraded yet b/c there's no point.
Seriously tho, dude. Just read around. Go to Maxconsole too. They have plenty of info if you can't find it here. Maxconsole is a tight site.

You will always find the latest news in the PSP forums. (Like AfterDawn) Thing is, there are PSP News sites, like DCEmu, who release the very latest news. A lot of members here keep up on the news and if they see something worthwhile, they will make a brand new thread here to let everyone know.
So just sit tight; we've all got good news coming our way from the likes of Booster and Dark_AleX. They are the two figureheads in teh scene right now.
