Quick question
I downloaded 'sillent hill' from a torrent site and when i extracted the iso it had " UMD VIDEO " & " UMD DATA " folders
I placed the iso into the right folder but it wont load
when i looked at games that do work they have " PSP GAME " & UMD DATA" folders.

Does anybody know how to make this into a working iso??
any help will be great.

are u sure u didnt extract the iso file. WinRAR recognizes iso files so it will have the WinRAR icon unless you change it or download an iso specific program such as ultraiso.

i used WinRAR like i have 20 times before and its always worked
i used bitcomet as per normal.

crazy i just came on to ask how or if there was a way to comvert the umd videos so i can watch them cause i just got the same iso from minova lol and i opedn it up and had a look at the files inside it and there is a folder stream and it has .mps files in it is this a movie >??? and its got a icon .pmf that is like a wee scary door or sumthing lol i wana see what it is its also got a clipinf folder and a resource folder and a few other lill files .png .umd and param sound like a movie ?

why dont you guys just drop the actual ISO file into the iso folder in the root of you stick? Just like game ISOs. Doesnt that work?

whats the point of ripping umds then, its not even like sony ever offers any good extras. those umd movie iso's need to be replaced by some good high quality xvid's to atleast make movie conversion easier and more convenient. or some other good quality compression format

i think ive got the same thing you have. it's a umd rip of the silent hill experience. i kinda got it to work using UMD emulator then changing the disctype iso to video and leaving the disctype UMD at game(providing a game is in the UMD Drive). the file should then apear at the bottom and be available to selct. once back in the main manu silent hill should appear under the video header but.....
i cant get it any further than that. it just stays on a black screen. i could just have abad rip and others may have more luck
