You're getting a few of these - Device not available
And you memory -
Physical memory : 894MB
Free physical memory: 109MB
Memory in use : 87 %
A lot is in use and something may be tying up the burner. No multi tasking and close all programs that you can. Even disconnect from the internet and shut down anti virus etc.
If you have another 2.0 usb port try that. If you have any other external devices connected - disconnect them.

Probably not playing into this error - but best to have drives in the faster transfer mode - DMA. Here's a link:

Looks like you have conflict in Nero thats tying up the drive since ImgBurn works.
You might want to try a later version of Nero and see if it corrects the problem.
7.2.7.0 is out now and supposedly Nero is to release 7.5 in the next day or so.
You can always go back to previous versions if they're a no go.
Imgburn is a nice little burning program though!
