i just bought a brand new psp. i am experienced with flashing psp's.

i flashed 9 european psp's with the 2.5/2.6 downgrader.

i than did the same to a japanese, but all that happens is, when i power it on the green light come on, but the psp doesn't work.

is it really bricked?

can i revive it?

i bricked my xbox 360 drive but i still managed to fix it by forcing my computer to radomly write to the drive.

is there not a similiar solution for the psp?

why did it not work? could it be because it japanese?

PLEASE HELP, MY FRIEND WILL KILL ME IF I DONT FIX IT, HE DOESN;T KNOW ;(

Sony and Microsoft are two different companies. They have different ways to fix things. Now if your willing to sell it, you could PM me or Hexitnow. Now what you will need to unbrick a PSP is a new motherboard. Your PSP Motherboard is down so youll need a new one. Buy a motherboard and either get it installed by a pro or you could do it yourself. You could look at these guys, http://www.undercutter.com/item--PSP-mot...--Repair10.html then make sure its not a TA-082 Motherboard they are giving you because if you try downgrading again you could brick. Look at this sight as well for motherboard compatibility, http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/369035 . Here is a guide to opening the PSP http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/370436 . Any more problems, PM me and ill give you more help if needed.
