when playing a DVD burned on Nero 7 (Nero vision) the breaks Nero put in for chapters (I did not manually create chapters) have about a half second black out and sound cuts off for that time then it continues playing. Can someone help me with this, I went back into Nerovision to see if something was checked causing it to make these breaks in the video and i dont see anything. Thanks PS if there is a better software than nero7 for editing video please advise.
