MEMORY STICK NOT INSERTED

My psp version 2.60 :( will not recognise any of the memory sticks that i have. they all worked fine. after playing MLB i quit the game and put in another memcard. No memory card iserted. same message at the save data utility as well as the format memory card screen. I've been looking for days. any and all help appreciated.

what or more appropriatly how do you do a hard reset? all the memory sticks were formatted using the psp. all worked untill 4 o'clock

i held the power switch up untill it turned on.. kept hoding it then it turned off. the ms orange light is constantly flashing. take the ms out and it stops. put it in and bliks then blinks constantly.

k u kno wat..... just take out the battery for another way of HARD RESET then try wiping the cards gold thing on the tip wit a cloth or towel...same happened to me a few days ago

Nope. Once you take the battery out, you just put it right back in. It's the taking the battery out part you need to be most concerned with; not the length of time.

unless there is a magic cure for this. i guess i'll have to bite the bullet and call $ony. with no warrenty we'ss see how much good that does

man your better off selling that one and buying one of ebay if you gone do that but any way trytakeing battery out diping a cutton swab in alcahol and wipeing the memory stick slot then put the card in and booting the psp thats seems to work most of the time
