Could it be you are using up your computers memory. In your task manager you should check to see whats using up the most memory. Also if you have programs like photoshop running, 512 memory doesn't cut it. My advice invest in another stick of 512 memory.

i just got itunes seven and I f'in hate it. what a waste of memory. all i want the damn program to do is play music and sync my ipod.. christ they took away the best feature they had (browse by either artist album or genre). They're trying to get too fancy. Just make a program that plays fucking music!~

I personally love the new iTunes 7. I think that it has everything it'll ever need. The only thing missing is a Music Video category in iTunes itself...

What in bloody hell are you guys talking about? The eyeball has just been replaced by a magnifying glass, you can still sort by Album and Artist. And you don't need to display the album art if you don't want to just click the tab with solid lines and not the one with the boxes. I personally don't know about the music store though, as I already have an account.

I love it, but as I said earlier, there is no music videos category, only movies and TV shows.

Create your own smart playlist, select Video Kind, then Music Video and there you have yourself a Music Video Playlist.

I know about that, but I mean in iTunes in the main Libraries there are Movies and TV Shows, I just wish they added a Music Video category. Thanks for the help anyways. :-)

its not the same at all. I liked to have the three colums at the top so I could easily search by any one of them at a moments notice. The magnifying glass only enables you to tighten your search to either artist, album, composer or song. It was simpler espessially with a very large collection of music.

The 3 coloms are still there when you select the first tab at the top right you'll need to select the eye shape tab at the bottom left.

I didn't mean to be rash, and reading my post again now that is what I sounded pretty much like a total dick. So my apologies, but I'm glad it helped you out anyway ;)

I can't explain why, maybe someone else could but i had that probelm once but i found if i added the artwork to the songs in the library and then transefered them to the ipod it retains the pic. Even if i clicked on the individual song and right clicked and selected "get info" it showed the artwork but for some reason it never showed up on my ipod.So for now add album art to songs in your library untill you get a better explanation from someone else.

I'm unsure what the deal is with this glitch, but I copy the album art that iTunes added, then repaste it as the album art and it will then transfer to the iPod. No idea why.

The current release is 7.0.0.70 I believe, and have no idea when 7.01 would be released, did you read about new features for it somewhere or something?

I havent ran into any problems yet and I personally like the new look and feel that they gave it.

EDIT > I have one complaint. I hate how when you click close in iTunes it doesnt go to the system tray thing, it just closes out completely

Big Thanks To Jamaal10!
