Recently I tried to make a copy of a music cd that I purchased [back up copy], and thought I'd made a perfect copy. However, when I tried to import some of the music to movie maker, I receive an error message that the music is encrypted and cannot be imported.

How or what program can I download that will remove the encryption?

Thats illegal but you can play the original disc and recored the output without buying anymore hardware or software!

It's not illegal if you use only 30 seconds of any song, and that's what I had planned to do. I know the copyright laws, and no more than 30 seconds of any song is allowed. That was my intention.
Is there a way?
