First off dont post in caps (its against Afterdawn rules). Do you mean that you want to play back up PSP games from the memory stick? If so you need to make sure you have downgraded your firmware to 1.5. If you have done that then you need DevHook to play games. Get it from here:

Just connect your PSP to your PC via USB and run the program from your PC. Follow the prompts, agree with the terms and conditions and select the drive letter where the PSP is eg. G:/

This will install the latest version of DevHook onto your PSP. To play a game you need the ISO in the ISO folder on your mem stick. Read this tutorial and you should be good to go:

what devhook have you downloaded? its better to download the auto installer as it does everything for you :

All you need is DevHook mate, if you run the download from your PC it will do everything for you as long as youve got your PSP connected via USB

So what exactly have you done? When you opened the file that you downloaded (Ultimate Installer USB Edition v0.2) where did you install the files to? Because when it says:

"DevHook GUI Mod v3.3's files will be installed in the following directory:"

you need to select the directory that your PC has assigned to your PSP, you need the PSP plugged into the USB and you need the PSP to be in USB mode. Once the PSP directory is selected (by clicking the "..." button and selecting it) click Next and it will install all the neccessary files to the PSP.

as for games try mininova or other torrent sites,as for fastloader its outdated now just use devhook.

most games you download come rared up so youll need WinRAR, once you've got the iso stick it in the iso folder on your memory card then choose it through devhook.

you transfer the games through usb to the iso folder that devhook made.
as for the games it more than likely come as a WinRAR folder so youl need to un zip it using WinRAR then youll should be left with an iso witch you copy to the iso folder on your memory card,hope that helps
