hi, i know ive start a topic simlar to this before about my psp s analogue problem. and i was advised to buy a new analogue chip and reinstall it on to my psp. well, i did that and same problem occurs. i couldnt think of any other problems that may trigger this. help!!

well here s the whole history. first started with me dropping the psp flat on the carpet and somehow the lcd screen cracked. so i ordered a new screen and sucessfully replaced the screen.(at this point i didnt know about the analogue problem yet, the analogue could be broken right when i dropped it) and since i had no way of knowing i assume it was broken during the installation of the lcd screen because i only dropped the psp on the carpeted floor. anyways after i replaced the screen and found out the problem i thought maybe the analogue just got damage during the process so i bought a new chip for 15 bucks but still same problem!! :(

sigh i feel for u man, it sucks owning a broken psp espcially when u have no idea what s wrong with it. too bad i broke the seal in the back when i was reinstalling the lcd screen. i think i may go sell it for cheap off e bay or soemthing ;/

well ill buy it off you do sell it. but it could be because its screwed in to tightly. you might need to disassemble it and clean it. or it could be broken like u said.

I dont know who you were talkin to as you didnt clarify but I always get mine from ebay. Either I buy a new LCD or I buy a bricked psp from ebay. Personally I prefer buying bricked psp's as u get the LCD and extra parts for your psp incase something goes out.

Well buying it for the LCD is only part of it. You also get ALOT of extra parts if you strip the LCD out and the rest. I also like to buy them and then do a motherboard swap with them to refurbish them and then keep them as a working psp or sell them as a refurbished unit.
