Hi!

I asked `bout this at other forums but without response - maybe somebody here can help me :-)

I have problems with savegames in Doom PSP (v 0.5)
When I want to save a game I use "Save Game" Menu, but when I try to load saved state, the "Load Game" menu is empty. Nevermind the save slot I use, the load screen is always empty :-(
There is no file generated on MS in the Doom or Doom% directories.

Am I supposed to make a directory by myself or something?

The game is installed properly i think -it`s working (All folders Doom and Doom% I have put it in PSP/GAME)

I found a solution :-) Worked it out by myself :-D You should check it out ;-)

So there it is:

In a folder PSP\Game\Doom there have t be a folder SAVE.
In a folder SAVE there must be another folder for every doom game - I mean "Doom" for Doom game or "Doom2" for Doom 2 game "Special" for Duke Nukem 3D and more....

The name for this folder you can find in "save game" menu ingame
i.e if you play Doom game and enter save game menu press start to make a save.
A description of save will appear on selected slot.
Descriptions always contains the same data: Save name, save slot and (depending on version) timestamp.

Save name is the name for game folder in SAVE folder :-)

If you make a specified folder in Doom/SAVE folder the ingame "load game" menu will be fulled with your saved games, and you will see a savegames files in every folder too :-)

Is that the same port that McZonk made? (Doom) B/c I played that and it was GREAT, but I was done in like 5 mins. There wasn't anywhere else left to go...
