PSP and router help.

Ok I need help. My PSP lies that it was Connected to my router. It says starting browser but it says " communication with servre failed " and dont know what to do. Need help.
PC = HP DV7 Entertainment Laptop (2008)
Intel Core2Duo @2.26GHz, 3GB DDR3 RAM, Nvidia Ge Force 9600m GT 512MB, Windows 7 Unltimate
Phones = White iPhone 3GS 16GB , Black iPhone 4S 16GB

it's a compatabile one though?
first, how many ip's are you given from your ISP? certain ones will only allow 1 IP even if u got a wireless router.
second, is it for any particular page or every page?
third, what % does it list for connection strength?
fourth, are you in emulated firmware or flashed firmware?

First Question, Im not sure
Second: Well, Its for every page.
Third: It gives me 80 % but normaly 100 %
Last: Its a Normwal firmware, 2.80 its not emulated.

I have a Netgear Wireless router and its in white in colour and its got no buttons at all. I try to connect and the PSP says the the connection succeeded but wen i try to connect the PSP it says connection to Servre failled. But i was able to anable flash player and WMA. Any sugestions ?

No, I live in Paris so I have " NOOS " ( " soon " spelt backwards )
psp is a lier. cant connect wat do i do.
