the iso should be in the ISO folder transfer that to your ISO folder on your memory stick, the other folders are devhook

thats what i would do only the readme that came with it says to copy the 3 folders over and i also noticed that when i tried to compress it by the WinRAR method on the super noob guide and it said no archives found yet when i try with other games it extracts as the guide says a psp_game folder and a .bin file
any ideas?

well the readme wants you to install devhook alog with the iso, if you have devhook installed use my method, if not just copy them 3 folders
