GTA:LCS iso readme help?

hey got myself gta:lcs and in the readme it says this

This is the version 2.00 of GTA:LCS, this version patches
the 2.xx firmware exploit, so now you can't use the
2.xx exploits anymore. Thank you Rockstar!

Another for the collectors. Still a U.S. version 2.0 of
this game needs to be dumped

am i able to put this on a 1.5 psp with devhook 0.46 or should i get another one?

Can I just ask, has anyone got a version of gta lcs that actually works fine?

I've got numerous copies and they load fine and I suppose they play pretty well but when I'm driving, the game keeps dragging.

This happened on a couple versions of this game.

I've messed around with the devhook settings but still no luck, saying that, all the gta lcs I've had will only load up on the 2.71 firmware.

Any thoughts on this?
