I've been uploading and downloading torrents for over a year now. THings have gone smoothly whether I've been downloading off of a site or when uploading something of my own and seeding it. But starting on Wednesday, I've been unable to seed anything. I use Bit Tornado. To seed I normally just open up Bit Tornado with a file that I know is at 100% and I'd get one or two leechers and my rating would go up. Now no matter what file, and no matter what site I'm on the light stays red and it reads 0 peers, 0 seeds seen recently. I've tried everything from changing the ports, to turning the firewall off, to changing programs. If anyone can offer up any help it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

You have some sort of firewall running.

We know this as its blocking all comunications with the client, check if you have windows firewall running:

(Start > Controll Panel > Secuirty Centre > Windows firewall OFF).

If you have a router its likely it has a firewall, make sure that your client is allowed access via this firewall.
If you have a router try and manually open & forward your ports and change your client to use thoose ports:

Did Both of the things you suggested, and the problem remains

It seems that the program wont hold a connection for more then 30 seconds before kicking out, but only when seeding. I'm using a router, BEFSR41, the problems seemed to arise after an automatic windows update on the 14th. Any more suggestions would be appreciated.
