man this is bustin my balls.i have windows xp home 512mb 135 gb free space.im running utorrent and a movie.cpu 3% ram 70% page 28% net 41% disk 0% and my internet bandwith is maxed out.the problem im having is i cant hardly get on any other web sites.in other words its very slow.is there a way i can get my internet bandwith down.why am i having problems with utorrent.when i shut it down i have no problems.someone told me to adjust my upload speed and i did that and its still a problem,thanks

Lol you make me laugh.

Your connection is commonly called a pipe, envision a 6 inch piece of PVC.

If you're maxxing out your connection downloading (running water through the pipe) with uTorrent (or any client), then there is NO AVAILABLE BANDWIDTH for your surfing, your pipe is NOT "unlimited".

If you really feel the need to surf and download simultaneously, you need to limit your DOWNLOAD Speed in the client.
