In the LEGO Star Wars II PS2 game, there is a feature where you can load any characters from LEGO Star Wars I if you have the save-game on your memory card. For some reason, even though I have my save-game from part I on my memory card, the part II game won't recognize it.

The part I that I played the game with was NTSC, and the LSW part II that I'm playing now is PAL. Do you think that is what's causing it to not find the save? Because it was from a different version of the game?

Bummer. That means I'm either going to have to find and play a PAL version of part I, or start over with an NTSC version of part II. Or just deal with it and not have the other characters in this game. I think I can deal with it.

or if you have anyway to transfer gamesaves to your memory card you could download a completed swl I NTSC save file from the like on sites like gamefaqs.com

NTSC DNAS threads.

I can FTP into my PS2, but I'm not sure if that will load the save file correctly though. I'll check around and see what I can find out. Thanks for the tip.

WEStar you're a genius. That worked great. I downloaded a PAL savegame for LSWI, then ftp'd it to my PS2 and now I loaded all the characters. :)

Cheers m8.

This is my first post here at afterdawn and I wanted to say hi before anything else. Now for my question. Is there another site out there besides gamefaqs that has Lego Star Wars game saves (NTSC) for the Action Replay? The ones at gamefaqs are good but I'm looking for 100% complete and I don't think gamefaqs has one for North America. Thanks.

EDIT: Is it possible to use a Cobebreaker save with an Action Replay?
