Iam trying to rip a dvd from europe, I cannot change the video from PAL to NTCSs. I am using AnyDVD and clone dvd. what do I need to inorder to ghange this?????

Welcome to aD
AnyDVD will remove the region code but not change the format. Neither will CloneDVD.
So rip the dvd then run it thru VobBlanker (free). Make sure you change all the VTS files to NTSC fromat. The one thing it won't convert is the menus. You can then open the files from VobBlanker in Clone to burn or any other burning program you use.
