My Nero 6 ultra won't work on my 64 bit windows xp box. Does anyone know if Nero 7 works on 64 bit windows xp. Need to know before I purchase the upgrade.

Welcome to aD.
You can try the demo of Nero 7 and see how it goes.
Here's what Nero says:
Is Nero 7 compatible with Windows XP Pro 64-bit Edition?

Windows XP PRO 64-bit Edition is supported by Nero 7.

Please note that the Nero ImageDrive and InCD 5 features do not yet support Windows XP PRO 64-bit Edition.
Tests of the current InCD 5 version under Windows XP PRO 64bit Edition did not reveal any problems as of yet. But until all tests are completely performed, Nero ImageDrive and InCD 5 will not support the 64-bit edition of Windows XP PRO.
The release date for a compatible version for Nero ImageDrive and InCD 5 is not yet established.

Nero works on Windows 64Bit system. I have that myself. Just still having a few problems having my burner to make Nero have Lightscribe.
