can't convert .wma to mp3

I got some .mwa files from payment p2p site.
but I find out them can play with WMP 10, but can't convert with mp3,
no matter Nero or CD Master32..
Have any solution to solve this problem ?
please kindly help me to convert .wma into mp3

wma mp3 converter can convert between wma and mp3.you can try it.

I'm sorry not clarify my question previous.

point of can't convert .wma into mp3 limited by DRM.
how can I remove or transform to unDRM then convert mp3.

please help me showing me how to resolve this critical problem.

I don't know if this will work or not, (but I know that you can't copy iTunes music (purchased) to any device other than iPod). To get around this you burn them to a CD out of Itunes and then you can convert/copy to any device.

Try that, burn the music to a CD then try and convert them from the CD, try audiograbber??

As Molder says - that should work.
There is a major Gotcha here though.
As WMA is already a perceptually encoded (lossy) process, burning an Audio CD will not put back what has been thrown away already.
Reworking to MP3 will result in a horrible sound quality, as you will be recompressing an already heavily compressed stream.

I use Audio Conversion Wizard by Litex, I have the full version but I cant say how to get it...

You can look for Adobe Audition 1.5. This software can do it all
