hi, i just bought a psp firmware 1.5. I've heard that i can play downloaded games off the net instead of buying expensive games in the stores. can anyone tell me how to do this?????

i dont understand the whole concept of emulaters,dev hook(?) and all those other softwares.

whats the best way of going bout this.
